Project Managers
Project Managers are responsible for managing the delivery of a billable consulting team, managing the life cycle of client projects
from the design phase to execution to customer support, and for the development of implementation plans. They provide the primary
point of contact between the client, the vendor, and all employees involved with the project. The Project Manager has ultimate
responsibility for the success of the client project and for assuring the quality of the solution delivered to the client. They may
also serve as a billable consultant when needed. This job requires qualified individuals who can manage projects of a variety of
sizes and complexities and mentor delivery staff. In addition, project managers must have strong presentation, communication, and
planning skills.
Requirements for project managers include a minimum of three years experience in ERP product support or consulting. Qualified
candidates must have experience following a formal methodology, as well as experience working as part of a team that has
successfully managed a complete implementation. A bachelor's degree or equivalent business experience is required. zeroedin would prefer candidates that have project management accreditation from
the Project Management Institute or similar management studies and current product specific certifications. An advanced degree
and CPA/CGA/CA/CMA certification would be considered a strong asset.
